By creating an account or using Race Manager, you agree to these terms of service.

Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

Race Participation

Race administrators manage race creation, scheduling, and results. By registering for a race, you agree that your name and results will be visible to other participants.

SMS Messaging Terms

If you opt in to receive SMS notifications:

• You consent to receive race result messages from Race Manager
• Message frequency varies based on race events
• Message and data rates may apply - check with your carrier for details
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
• After opting out, you will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt in again
• For help, reply HELP to any message or contact the race administrator
• Compatible carriers include all major US carriers; carrier participation may vary

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: creating fraudulent accounts, interfering with other users, or attempting to access data you are not authorized to view.

Limitation of Liability

Race Manager is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate race results or scheduling errors.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
