• Register you for races and display schedules and results
• Send you race-related email notifications (if you provide an email address)
• Send you SMS race result notifications (only if you provide a phone number and explicitly opt in)

• We will only send you race result notifications that you have consented to receive
• Your mobile phone number and SMS consent data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Your phone number may be shared with our SMS service provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering messages to you
• Message frequency varies based on race events
• Message and data rates may apply
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message

• Race participants - your name and race results are visible to other participants via race standings

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Race data is retained as long as the race exists in the system. You may request deletion of your account by contacting the administrator.
